Dr. Cappiello was wonderful! As a first time puppy owner, I was nervous, but she made me feel at ease and took the time to answer all of my questions. Rob was also fantastic. Lastly, great office staff! Friendly and pleasant.

The Prospect Ridge Veterinarian team are by far the best I’ve ever had for my pets in the last 4 decades. I always feel comfortable every time I bring my pup. They are ALL friendly and They know their stuff and not just the doctor who is A+, but the whole staff!!

The staff is always so welcoming and knowledgeable… from the front desk to the techs to the vets, I know our pups are always in good hands. If we have to leave our dogs for a procedure, we are always kept up to date; great communication is necessary for great care.

I had a horrible experience at this office. I went due to my cat having a history of bladder crystals. She's had blood in her urine on a multiple occasions. Unfortunately, in a very systematic order beginning with the tech, then the vet and eventually the owner of the practice, the focus became on me vaccinating my cat. I repeatedly told them that i was concerned with my cat's urinary issues and not vaccinations. Well, long story short, it culminated with the owner getting into an extremely unprofessional, heated conversation with me. She seemed to be taking it very personally that I didn't want to vaccinate my cat. I have never had anything even remotely close to an experience at a doctors office like this. Ultimately I paid a very large sum of money for all these tests regarding the urinary problems, but very little conversation about it. I will not be returning to this place. If you want to pay a ton and be bullied into vaccines, then you will love this place. Update to response from owner: That is a hilarious recall of the events that occurred. If that is the way you choose to remember what happened, well there isn't much i can do about it, except to spread the word about your unprofessionalism.

Every time we arrive we are greeted by name and my dog is generally excited to see her Prospect Ridge friends! “Dr. Capp,” Patti and the whole team have been caring for my dogs for more than 20 years and feel like family! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Just moved my two furry friends from Berkeley Heights Animal Hospital after some staff changes. Really like this Vet hospital's staff and the facility is as nice as any I've ever seen. Great first impression.

Love taking my Kino & Lucky to Prospect Ridge Vet Hospital, from the front desk to the animal techs and Dr. Cappiello , they all show love for our fury animals, they take there time explaining everything., and checking our every need making sure my cats are feeling awesome!! Thanking them for all their care..

We were new clients to this practice and are so pleasantly surprised by the attention and care they showed to our two Goldens. I was even more impressed with the practice when Dr. Yang texted me the next day as a follow up and then Breanne, one of the Vet. techs texted to follow up. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice.

What a great experience I had here. I brought my puppy to be neutered , I was impressed at each stage of the process. Dr. Weiner and assistant Fred took good care of my dog Chase. I was greeted warmly by the front desk. I know that I will be continuing to come to this Veterinary Hospital.

You can only extract so much from reviews. This will be my first visit to Dr. C, at Prospect Ridge Vet Hosp. I called specifically explaining my dissatisfaction with my current Vet, mainly his price structure. The person answering, Patty was very accommodating. She gave me actual prices, and a reasonable number I should expect on my first visit. I found $85/exam & $54 urinalysis workable and made an appt. I also appreciated the flexible scheduling options she offered. So for telephone customer service and 1st impressions, I give 5*****. Will update.
