ADT owes me money.

We have had this service for 8 years. We started with TNT who was bought out by Protection 1. We've never had an issue with our monitoring. Any time I had a question regarding my account or my contract, they have always been very helpful and friendly. I have no reservations about recommending this company.

TERRIBLE. Continued to charge me when I no longer had services. Made me email for my password and never responded.

Run away from this company. Ive been trying to cancel them since Jan '18. They keep calling and asking why i havent payed the bill. They then read the notes and see where it was cancelled but not processed. Horrible company. No customer service skills and they want you to trust them with your home protection.

When you send termination letters certified, they refuse them. Return to sender
