I live on the North East side of town and my Cox Service SUCKS. I have been trying to add the internet on to a house where I currently live. I had to two different techs come out to my house. They both suggested that I buy different things like extenders and WiFi adapters to help me with the problem… And there is still a problem… Their advice was wrong. None of the things they told me to buy didn’t work… I end up coming out of my pocket spending more and more money in addition to increasing my internet service… I have called tech support a billion times and they didn’t help either. My experience with them has been frustrating and expensive…. This service is a scam that just wants money. I hate this internet provider with my whole heart… I also go to this particular location to pay my bill. And I have been treated very unprofessional by the staff there. They seemed to have a bad "attitude" with certain people.... I have tried for a long time be professional in my dealings with them. But, I can't say that I have received that treatment in return... I wish I could give this place a big fat zero rating... Because that is what I think it deserves...
Dropping Cox was one of the best decisions my family has made. Cox will BULLY and take, take, take, then, demand more. Their customer service is set up so that they will never side with the customer. Also, they have no problem tearing up and damaging property as long as they can make an extra buck with no apologies being made. Do yourself a favor and steer clear from Cox. You will save money while keeping your property safe and clear from damage. I wish I never let these people into our lives..
I went into this store multiple times over the months to look into getting a phone with them. I FINALLY switched from TMoblie to Cox for phone, I already have internet. It took all day for the number to port over, it did. I called this store just now to let them know I appreciate EVERYTHING they did the other day. Ronilad answered the phone, after telling him how much I appreciate what they did.... The answer I get back was *so is that all? Did ya need anything? * I went off on him. I'll go back the end of the month to let the guy know who took his time to make sure my phone was set up & switching over how much I appreciate him
I've seen better use of brain cells in a 4th grade special education classroom. The manager created a fiasco when he was unable to listen to the situation and the proposed solution. Instead, he argued about something as menial as how to test a coaxial plug, and when I tell him I do in fact know how to test it, he simply says, "well I'm not a tech so I don't know". We came in to pick up the modem we ordered, and in the end, that's all we needed. The extra input from the manager was as unwanted as it was ignorant, and wholly unhelpful.
These people need to get their thing together. One person says something another says something else completely different. If you love to have someone confuse you to death, then pay them a visit. I have been with cox for over 25 years and I'm really thinking about switching. Please don't forget to follow, like and share for more honest reviews. Thank you so much!
Words can't describe how much I dislike Cox's internet service. I am forced to pay them for Internet in my apartment. My service drops out consistently every single weekend multiple times in a day and it's infuriating.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. She waited until I got there to finish up everything. She post poned her lunch just to get me taken care of.

Horrible service at this location. Elaine Luevano is a liar and was very misleading when trying to get a sale making promises to clients that will Never happen. Don’t go there and don’t talk to her. The excuse of “not having enough training” is not enough. Overall experience: 0 Customer Service: 0 Internet Service:0
