I was excited to see a restaurant I actually wanted to try on my walk to the mall. I just finished a tough workout but didn’t want anything greasy so I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this place. The woman who helped me was very nice and the smoothie came out pretty quick. Overall the smoothie was nothing to write home about. I got The Perk shake. It was pretty bland and tasted mostly like watered down coffee with ice but I’m hoping the protein was actually worth it! I would give it another try if I walk by but not something I’d go out of the way for.
Great selection of relatively healthy food options, available in either salad or burrito format. Staff was friendly and helpful as well, with a good, clean atmosphere and WiFi. The shakes all sounded delicious, but I did not partake. Don't expect a ton of bang for your buck here, and you won't be disappointed.
Food came really fast! I ordered the superfood wrap but the tofu looked very similar to chicken ... The wrap was packed full of food and worth the price- it obviously tasted great too. The location to order wasn't clear from the door I came in, but easy enough to work out Didn't try any of their smoothies and juices but they looked nice
One of the best casual eateries in DC!!! Amazing food! Great staff, healthy options and amazingly flavorful. Definitely a must try while enjoying our beautiful Capital. Wish we had one in Orlando!!!
Surprisingly excellent -- I ordered the Mexicali bowl, and it sure as heck looked healthy. Quinoa, kale, beans, corn and avocado, with a bit of heat at the end. It was a little on the salty side I assume the salads/etc would be less, and a little on the spicy side but I ordered a tex-mex kinda thing, so it's not unexpected!, but very tasty and filling. The inside of the restaurant is a little on the darker side, and it's small, quiet-ish there's music playing, and a comfortable place to grab a quick bite to eat that's not just normal fast food. Would definitely go back, and recommend this place to anyone looking for healthy fast food.
We just missed the lunch hour pile up! Man, this place gets busy. The food is excellent, so I understand why. However, the price is pretty high for such small portions.
Couldn’t ask for better ingredients. It’s a pretty quick meal with amazing ingredients and quality. I had the mexi burrito vegan style and it was awesome.
Why is this vegetarian soup almost $12??? This is not even that much avocado for my $2.50. finger for scale There is nothing on the menu for less than $8.50 except the $6 juice 12 oz. I guess if your alternative is having diet meals shipped to you from France this might make sense but for us normals I have to say it is overpriced. Also I think a $12 soup should come in a real bowl not a paper bowl.
Vegan options available, where items would be swapped for quinoa, avocado etc. If you want a quick healthy wrap, go to protein bar & kitchen.
Nice place Got the wriggley peeld after a harsh strength workout... it fit my macros hard to find places that have stuff that do and the pb choc was delish! Def pricey but we in DC so ‍
