A very friendly environment! Dr. Zack was very kind and listened to my every word. I'm usually very anxious when going to the Drs, but the staff was very understanding and patient with me. Will be going to this urgent care when needed.

Providence employee, so my expectations were low, but this was abysmal from a healthcare provider. Albiet, the online scheduling was quick and easy, I could only schedule for the last time slot of the day. I got there early, and the front desk staff was fine, but the doctor obviously wanted to go home as she rushed the consultation in under 2 minutes with no concern for my injury. Didn't offer any further aid or insights, just sent me on my way dismissing the issue. Injury worsened over time, and a month later, I had to get an MRI and then surgery for the same injury. I might as well have gone out of network or searched on WebMD and saved the trip/money.
This was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Easy to make an appointment and I made one same day. I saw a doctor immediately after check in both getting and removing stitches. Which is good because there isn’t much of a waiting room. I had the most bummer situation coming in! Not only was the thumb on my dominant hand gashed, my apartment was flooding from ceiling maintenance was handling while i went to urgent care Luckily the urgent care portion was the most sane and efficient part of my night. Stitches probably took 20 mins. Doc was caring and communicated everything. The whole staff were very empathetic and kind. Returned to get my stitches out a week later. From the time I entered the building to leaving without stitches was probably 10 minutes maybe 15. Not to say it was rushed it was just that efficient. Heck yes. Also if you have providence health insurance this place is perf and obviously in network. Would recommend!
I'm new to the area and this is my first time needing to see a Dr. in the big city. I took the day off work and drove all over Portland to find a place that took my insurance and could see my 4 year old for a double ear infection. When I arrived to this urgent care the front desk ANGEL, Laura, helped me get a same day appointment. When we arrived back later in the day, Laura was so fun and kind. She helped me fill out paperwork by interacting with my son. Wait time was very short and we were taken back to be seen. Theo, the care provider, was also SO fun and SO nice. He took great care of my little guy. We left there and went on a hunt for some antibiotics.amoxicillin shortage era After driving around for hours looking for any pharmacy that had it in stock, I finally found one! I called Laura and she immediately sent a script to the new pharmacy. I truly can't thank Laura and Theo enough for all the help in getting my little guy the care he needed.
Absolutely Atrocious! I am Livid! I am totally shocked at how RUDE and disrespectful the front desk staff were to me! I had an injury that was causing me excruciating pain, I could barley stand still I was in so much pain. I made an appointment over the phone and she verified my insurance. I arrived to my appointment early only to be told I could not be seen because they did not like my attitude and accused me of "Seeking Drugs" What has this world come to? Maybe a was little bit irritated because of the pain and their poor attitudes! Like I am doing something wrong for wanting the pain to go away! I have never met two individuals so excited about me being injured so they could deny care! I guess they get a kick out of causing grief for people that are in pain! Sick sense of Humor! Stay Clear, I am not sure they even see any patients at all!
Went in for an appointment but was denied service due to being a few minutes late. Completely unacceptable considering I spent $ just to Uber there! You’d think they would be more understanding as traffic gets pretty bad in this area. I Waited in the lobby until closing waiting on my ride and there were zero other appointments or patients. Now, I could understand if someone else was scheduled and me being late would interfere with the schedule but I was the only patient there. Literally watched the nurse lock the doors and all. The nurse could’ve still took me in as I was in a lot of pain but instead wanted to be lazy, selfish, and sit there waiting to go home. These people do not truly care about their patients. Sick.
Initially, I was able to book a same day appointment with ease on their app – and I even took advantage of their virtual symptom checker and was accurately diagnosed by said symptom checker prior to even making my appointment and going in.! Once I went in, they confirmed the diagnosis, and began me on and according treatment plan. Staff was very welcoming upon my arrival with a friendly greeting… My wait time in the lobby was less than two minutes before I was brought back, and after the nurse who brought me back took my vitals and left the room, the attending came in within moments. Virtually no wait at all!! The PA who saw me was extremely friendly and pleasant, and did a great job of explaining everything in a comprehensive way, while also making sure that I felt heard and validated. Overall great experience at the doctor!
I went to this clinic with chest pains and was wildly misinformed by the front desk person. I was told I could not receive a diagnosis there, but that the staff doctor could refer me to a cardiologist after my exam--which I needed since I don't have an established primary care provider yet.. isn't that why we all go to these places? But after about 10 whole minutes of chit chat with the staff doctor, I was told he could NOT refer me to someone because he didn't think my symptoms--nonstop chest pain since the evening before and high blood pressure, not to mention a history of bulimia--were worthy of a cardiologist referral, and that I should just go to the emergency room at Legacy Sam a few blocks away. So, I just had to pay a $306 bill for this place today and all they did was tell me to go somewhere else, after I was lied to by the front desk person. I hope they use my $306 to buy themselves some integrity because this place is a joke. They should be ashamed of treating people seeking help like ATMs.
I was able to get a same-day appointment at the clinic a few blocks from my house- amazing! What's even more amazing is that when I filled out the intake form, and described the reason for my visit, the doctor I saw actually read it! I don't think that's ever happened to me before. She read what I put in there, which saved us loads of time. I thought I might have a spider bite, and had recently been out of the country. Since she'd read that, she came in prepared and knew what to look for and what the possible culprits might have been. The front office staff were nice, and got me checked in quickly. The waiting area is tiny, but they have the appointments set up so that you aren't waiting with other people. We had no trouble finding street parking right out front on a weekday afternoon
