Had an 2:20 appt. They asked that I arrive at 2:05. I got there at 2pm and waited on line til 2:24. I checked in and sat down. 30 min later they call me and ask if I mind to see another doctor because I was late...???!!! Seriously? This was the second time. AVOID THIS PLACE. I'd rather cut my leg off and jump into a pool of salt.

trying to reach someone by phone is really challenging, I am trying to resolve a patients issue and have been on hold over 30 minutes.

Been going to this clinic for 18 years. It has become one of the most incompetent medical establishments I have experienced. . From not reading test results correctly to waiting for hours to make a appt. I waited 45 minutes on zoom for a appt I had for 2 months. Sad to see such a decline.

This is the worst place for phone call appointments. There is no one picking up the phone over hours of waiting. If you want to schedule appointments over the phone then please know that you will never get one.

I got made fun of by one of their clerks for a problem that’s too embarrassing. She was just assuming things and making me feel uncomfortable. Also I’ve been trying to call them to get my lab results sent to me and they never pick up their phone... I’m moving to another team...

I had a phone visit with a doctor on Friday, where she re filled pain medication I needed badly after wisdom teeth surgery. When I go to the pharmacy, they said the doctor never sent the request. They lied to me, and they left me in pain. Please, pick a better primary care office. Do yourself a favor

Many times I have called and waited 15-20 min without anyone ever answering the phone I usually give up without making an appointment.
