This Hospice service is providing my mother with the most premium care for her end of life stage. They have great, helpful attitudes and deliver what they promise the next day. I recommend Providence Hospice care wholeheartedly!!
This is the WORST accounts payable/recievable I've honesly ever encountered. No communication what so ever, along with no payments. Providence expects their patients to pay in a timely manner, correct?
The Providence Hospice Team was a true blessing. Thank you to the whole team, particularly Noelle and Georgann, for being a trusted and caring provider during my family member's last many months. If I could rate this hospice 0 stars, I would. Hardly responsive to needs of their patients, we called numerous times to get answers and when their patient passed away, they even said "if you felt push back, it's because there was." Such an unprofessional uncaring organization.
