PS Properties

I have rented with PS PROPERTIES in the past when I first got here to Albuquerque New Mexico. Annette was the one that helped me. She was very polite and respectful and understanding person and she's always willing to help and listen to her tenants and anyone that wants to rent with PS PROPERTIES. Annette is always smiling and laughing and always willing to have a conversation with anyone. Also everyone in the office we're all nice and understanding and polite. When I first got cancer , my lease was for 12 months. I had to end my lease to move. They were listening what I had to say and understand what needs to be done on my part. Even when I couldn't find someone to take over my lease. They help me end my lease. If you rent with PS properties you are not going to regret it. You will be so happy that you have chosen PS properties. They treat you like family. I have rented with other properties and I did not have the same results. So now I'm looking for a place and I'm coming back to rent with PS PROPERTIES again. Thank you Annette for being the person you are and for always being there for everyone. You are so sweet and amazing.

Luckily I was smart enough to use the owner to sell my house. Jannette sold my home and was amazing at making sure that everything was set up perfectly for showings, and in making sure that our house was noticed by potential buyers. We had some old furniture that we needed to get rid of, so she lent us for staging but then our new home took longer than expected to build and luckily Because she owns PS Properties she was able to get us in a rental that we actually preferred to the house we sold until our new home was built. And since we had gotten rid of our old furniture, she let us continue to borrow the staging furniture while in the rental so that our new furniture would be new in our brand new home. She really went above and beyond. PS Properties not only rented us an amazing home, but they were always a phone call or text away if we had any issues or questions with the house.

PS Properties has a great staff that goes above and beyond any other real estate company. Jeanette & Annette made selling our old house & buying our new home as stress free as possible. Thanks so very much .

Janette and Annette do a great job managing my rentals and recently helped me transition some properties from a different PM into their oversight, which was long overdue. Glad to have them, their great systems, and their in place

I could not be more grateful to Annette for pairing us with an amazing home in a dream neighborhood! There were some issues that may have delayed our move-in but she went above and beyond to get the house cleaned twice. She is constantly working hard and is quick to respond.
