I’m so elated to say that I made the BEST decision by choosing to store my belongings at the Front St. location here in Memphis, TN! Ms./Mrs. Bernice provides great customer service at location 08691! Want to be taken good care of? Go see her and you’ll be glad you did!

I want to thank Ms. Bernice for being such an amazing guidance. This is my first storage and her help was greatly appreciated. I’ll be sure to come to this location as long as she’s here to help assist me.

Rented a storage unit here for 21 months. During that time, had 3 price increases that literally doubled the cost of my unit. The first increase was 3 months after moving in and that wasn't promotional pricing. That was just crazy!!! The location is convenient with lots of parking out front and a nice loading dock in the back. And we loved the woman in the office. Unfortunately the continuous price increases forced us to move out and we are happier to have the money in our pockets vs. theirs!

Felicia was prompt and courteous in responding to my online Unit Reservation Request. She was very accomodating in scheduling a site visit to view the unit, staying a few moments beyond her shift to address my interests and questions. Felicia demonstrated her commitment to the Customer, proving once again why I continue to choose Public Storage for my storage needs.

I was searching for the perfect storage on google and saw this location. Ms. Bernice didn't disappoint at all. My favorite by far in Memphis!
