I believe I am receiving what I purchased, but the company as a corporation, is greedy and the customer is not always right. The local facility personnel knows the logic of how things should work much better than corporate could ever imagine through their green glasses. My suggestion. Avoid the corporate website and customer service phone numbers, and only buy directly from the facility. My three stars would be four stars if my experience never dealt with anything corporate.
My experience has been professional and courteous over the phone and in person. I found each staff member had a positive solution to my needs. Good locations.: lake mead and Decatur Sherri with an i Sahara and Decatur Brian. The staff represents public storage image and branding.
Ms.Pamela is amazing! Helpful, accommodating, understanding and professional. Her help during this process of storing my deceased mothers things has made it a little easier to bear. Thank you for everything!
If you start a rental and you're going to the storage place for the first time do not go there on a Thursday or Friday , The first time you go there the employee needs to take off the old lock. You might be able to gain access to the facility but you won't be able to get into your storage because the previous lock is there. The person who works in the office does not work on those days. So if you start a new storage rental the first time you go there should not be a Thursday or Friday

Mr. Martel at 1881 Decatur was sooooo awesome. Attitude, personality, patient. Made sure my daughter didn't get more than she needed. His hospitality is 10 stars plus above. Thank you Mr Martel
The storage unit was nicely located ans the front desk employees were super nice. The only reason I gave four stars is because the storage closed early during the weekday and weekends.
The woman who helped me on the phone Pamela was very knowledgeable about the prices and units. She was very polite and a pleasure to deal with today this politeness is hard to come by I will be probably be renting a unit with her. She is a keeper and an asset to your company.
This property is horribly dirty. Trash everywhere, dumpster eye sore, customer bathroom very nasty! Stephanie spends more time on her phone on the property and scrutinizing customer gate code usage of even those without a vehicle that can walk out without a code than taking care of the nasty property. Building doors propped wide open 24/7 which can be neither secure or climate controlled. Storm opened up roof hatch 3 days later still open. Ridiculous to be required to have insurance on top of the crazy rate for limited access to your own belongings. Don't take a break from moving things and the heat and sit down or Stephanie will accuse you of living in your unit. And then refer to you by your skin color under the assumption she knows your race as if that matters. Property manager, being Stephanie, not doing her job. Very unhappy with this property!
Nice place but if you work from 9-5 ,go somewhere else because their hours suck! And as far as online payments it nevers recognizes my phone number or my email and I've been renting there for months!
