Will give it half a star but that would be too much, this place is in a great location but unfortunately the management or owners don't care in the slightest or at least pretend to keep the place clean, this place is infested with giant rats swarming everywhere, giant black and hairy flies can be seen flying in every corner of the place, and the entire surface is full of the same dead flies and feces of these rodents can also be observed everywhere in addition to the bad smell of rotten meat what floods the place, this storage unit is already overpriced when at the same time it is falling apart, definitely a good place to visit on Halloween but a health risk to families who use it to store their property, Clark County should shut it down and call channel 13 news I will definitely try to make a property damage claim and will never go back or recommend this place to my worst enemy either!!!... Later I will add pictures of the place as a proof of my words...please avoid this place as a customer...

I have a couple storages here at this location and it's a good location. Clean, simple, and the lady Zoey that work there in the office is very sweet and efficient. She is on top of things there and is really very helpful.

The manager Julia was informative and I was in and out in 10 min. Facility is clean, air conditioned and secure. I would recommend it to family and friends

Worst place to store your goods my storage unit got broken into twice and the staff is never there in the office to assist you. Isnt that so odd ? Ive read other yelp and google reviews of their customers belonging being stolen. If i had known i wouldnt have stored my things there. Theives work there dont store your belonging at that location. Dont say that you havent been warned.

Amanda was great. First time there was patient and although I was past closing time she took the time to show me how everything worked. Thanks Amanda

Zoey helped making the process of switching units super easy she was super nice and the property is cleaner and smells a lot better

Customer service has been exemplary at this location on Tropicana. The ladies at the front desk, Julia and Amanda, have been extremely helpful in answering my questions regarding the units. They are both friendly and courteous. Julia has been extremely helpful in addressing my queries and concerns. I already had an upstairs unit but needed more room for storage and Julia assisted in helping me find a desirable unit on the ground floor. All in all the move was quick and painless and porting over my existing account to the new one was quick and easy. Thanks, Julia!

This is the worst place to rent a storage unit. The floors feel like you are going to fall through them. You can tell they never fixed the flooring just painted over it. The repaving they claimed they did was not done very well and there are cracks still in the pavement. There are so many flies hanging out that you would swear there was a body in a unit. They give a 50 dollar at least price increase every year without notifying you. They dont let you have access to your stuff after closing. I have been with the company for a long time and finally i am moving my stuff out! DONT RENT DROM THEM....FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!

I have been renting since September/October 2017 and with the pandemic every thing has increased in price. I have never missed a payment, was late once or twice as it just skipped my mind. Payment went up a few times over the last 4 years and this month I had not met my payment obligation. I spoke with Julia and she was able to help me not lose my storage and get back on track. She was very understanding and very helpful, which I appreciate. Thanks Julia for all your help.
