I've been with them since 2019. Prices keep raising but they are climate controlled.

Great people and a great storage facility. Best prices in town and secure location.

Service excellent. Rental rates are quite a bit better than for other storage facilities in the area. Encounter no problem entering or leaving the facility. The entire driving surface inside the facility needs repaving badly. Employee informed me this was upcoming with a month. Surface inside the ground level compartments need smoothing out with dabs of concrete. The bottom seals of the compartments' sliding doors have deteriorated and need to be replaced.

*BEWARE* Worst customer service you’ll ever receive in your life. If you have the displeasure to deal with Lindsay the customer service person who works in the front office, be prepared to come face to face with the definition of miserable. I don’t understand how companies hire people who hate their jobs so much. This woman is literally the reason I’m moving my business elsewhere. Do not rent a storage unit from this place, you will regret it. #dontbelikelindsay

The lady at the desk literally has me standing outside in the rain. I guess they are on break and she wanted me to read her lips. No customer service at all.

The managers are so rude. I cant believe how they are so quick to call police after someone wins an auction then if your not out by the time allotted they close it keep the stuff and call cops to trespass you. Crazy but true
