Chris and Marcus are the best!! Chris is one of the most patient and helpful persons I have encountered in a business setting in a long time. He helped me through my stresses of moving from beginning to end. Marcus is the sweetest and most understanding soul. He made sure to watch over my unit for hours while it was accidentally left opened. I would definitely come back here for all my storage needs and would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean and safe storage rental with the most friendly and helpful staff to make matters easier.

Under new management and they didn't skip a beat! There were a few problem tenants during the transition but the new office staff/manager has handled the situation and removed the people loitering in their storage units and made this place what it was before. Clean, safe, secure and comfortable to visit. Excellent customer from both gentlemen as well. Very pleased to be a long standing customer with this place.

I am happy with my experience with everyone in the office and the ease of the onboarding process. I appreciate how seriously they take security and the measures taken to ensure we feel secure. The heavy-duty cart is a big help in reducing trips and there is an elevator. I highly recommend this location.

Chris was super helpful with getting everything set up, and very nice in general. I did an online reservation and it was really easy and quick, and I got my unit the same day. Facility seems super secure and clean.

The gentlemen who helped me get the storage unit here were very personable and helpful! The units themselves are in clean, good condition as well. StorAmerica is absolutely a solid place!

I'm an auction buyer I bought a unit at Smoke Ranch I get to the unit there's no lock no Tamer tag no one employee so I called Robindale to have them call the district manager to get a hold of it nobody has contacted me I would advise all auction buyers not to buy from store America

The process was great the employees both were amazing and helped me get a suitable storage for my belongings. I would recommend everyone to go to them my unit was clean I’m just thankful for there help honestly made my move easy shout to the employee that share the same birthday as me
