Not only are their prices much more affordable, but the customer service I received from Karen was exceptional. She took the time to show me around, patiently answered all my questions, and was incredibly kind and personable throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Public Storage, especially with staff like Karen who truly go above and beyond for their customers."

Such a great service experience today where someone goes out of their way to call me days prior and left a message, then to follow up and call again understanding my deadline I didn’t even think about. Not only did Karen simply help me with understanding my bill, she then helps with my finances so i didn’t have to owe later. Yes the lady at the desk was very rude. First she called me asking if I was still going to make it their. They close at 5 I had approximate time. Then when I get their she presses that if you don’t download the app you cannot get into the gate. I explained my phone wasn’t the best. When questioning about this she didn’t give me a direct reason and slammed my ID on the table. Rather go somewhere else! I did

Kara deserves 10 stars!!! This location has the best customer service to the moon and back. Very pleasant easy move in and out and even when they’re busy they are smiling and accommodating.
