I love shopping at this Publix! The staff is super friendly and the store is super clean. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy as a customer, which is completely different than other local grocery stores. The prices may seem high but if you learn how to shop the sales and bogos using the Publix app with digital coupons you can get really great deals!

So we ordered my daughter's birthday cake from there for her 13th Birthday. Somehow the girl that filled out the order for the cake got the colors down wrong and instead of getting a cake with purple flowers they were orange and yellow. To say the least my daughter was disappointed. However, the manager went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday unforgettable. He asked what time her party was which was about 4 hours from when we went to get the cake. So he had a new cake made exactly how my daughter wanted it and delivered it to our house so we could finish setting up for her birthday. Best of all he gave us BOTH cakes FREE of charge. I mean that is amazing customer service.

Publix is a great grocery store I'm so glad that Greeneville Tennessee finally has one I'm loving it
