Puckers Sports Grill

I usually like to leave positive reviews but we did not ha e a good experience here. Everyone sat themselves which made it so the only two servers (one in which was only a waitress there for 3 days) not notice you were there. It took a long time to be noticed and a very long wait for the food. If the food was good I probably wouldn't even be posting this, but it wasn't. Everything on the table was luke warm and brought to us by the kitchen staff because it was sitting up there so long. The boneless chicken wings were so hard and over cooked we couldn't even eat them. It hurt our teeth. Basically it was very understaffed, especially with a brand new waitress that didn't seem like she was getting the hang of things. We watched a lot of people walk out.

While on vacation my boyfriend and I stopped in to grab lunch. The service was good, the waitress was attentive, however the food was absolutely terrible. We had chips and salsa as an appetizer and had we not already placed our entree order we would have left. The chips were stale, the cheese was cold, the salsa was inedible (wasn't even an appetizing color.) Fortunately, we had a jar of salsa on hand from our earlier shopping ventures and as delicious as our salsa was it still didn't mask the taste of the soggy/stale chips. We were in hopes that the main course would be good enough to get the bad taste from our mouth, however once again we were far from impressed with the quality of the food. I had wings, which were dry and over cooked. My boyfriend had a burger, which looked like a frozen patty, garnished with jalapeños that had no taste, and the fries while underwhelming were about the most pleasant thing on our plates that day. I know you can't expect too much from "bar food" but I'd have to be beyond inebriated to find any of that food appetizing. I hate to be such a critic, but I almost never leave reviews, but this experience was so bad I felt it necessary to try and save others from making the same mistake.

Great place to relax a local pub and grub in gatlanburg everyone should stop in and get pucked up at pluckers

Kinda average sports bar with nothing really to make me wanna go back !! The wings are big but the batter that was used tasted like 85% salt and the sauce was spicy hot but without a flavor.. I was really let down when I got done because I had heard great things!! You may want to keep walking if you get hungry near Puckers !!
