Great gym for those who work in Greenway. Has everything needed for a workout. Not too crowded pre covid.

Great little gym, especially convenient if you work in the Greenway Plaza area, only complaint is that women’s locker rooms can get extremely hot/humid but probably because there’s a number of ladies using hair dryers etc.

This is a great facility. Me and my friend visited and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. It’s quite and it feels very private. Hard to get in a big gym setting. We will definitely be grabbing a membership. I encourage you to stop by and try it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and are very helpful and inviting.

Yeah Hakeem one of the best trainers at the gym, he gives all the time and over sight, I can ask for, this is a good gym, with number of trainers who are just as good.

Pulse is a great gym with nice and helpful people very clean and comfortable atmosphere!!

Great trainers, keep you motivated at all times! Gym is clean and has different varieties of machines! Will definitely go again!
