Gyms are not my thing. Workouts in general are not my thing. But functional strength I have made a priority and the Perfect Workout gets me there with the minimum amount of time giving me the power to continue gardening and hiking, two activities I do love. Great trainers keep you moving for maximum benefit in minimum time. I have confidence that between the slow, targeted movements and supervised training with emphasis on good form will not result in injury. And for over 5 years that has been my experience.
I have been a client at River Oaks Perfect Workout for about 3 years - the longest I been with any gym / trainer. I have had several bouts with lumbar spine issues and 2 spine surgeries. I feel that the Perfect Workout is the most ideal place for me to gain strength and coordination. Special commendations to Brody Carlin, my constant trainer. I have really enjoyed his personalized approach to my special needs. Thanks!
I have been doing The Perfect Workout for about a year and am very happy with my progress in terms of increased strength and muscle tone. I've worked with several trainers and all have been knowledgeable and professional. However CAM IS MY GO TO TRAINER!. She has taylored my sessions to motivate me according to my personality. She is pleasant, knowledgeable cares about my progress and overall health.
I started these workouts tentatively for a month, but I already feel a difference and am going from once a week to twice a week. Bryan is knowledgeable and encouraging. Glad I gave it a try and looking forward to how I feel month-by-month.
Best workout ever! Been going to The River Oaks Studio for 4 years, have made major strength gains and with their nutritional advice have lost over 50 pounds. Come on over put in the work and see the results!!!
