I recently had the pleasure of working with Travis and Stewart at Punchbowl Fender Works, Inc., and I can't say enough good things about them. When my bumper fell off, they quickly came up with a solution that didn't require me to purchase a completely new one, saving me both time and money. Throughout the process, I felt truly heard and understood. Their kindness and willingness to help were remarkable, and I am incredibly grateful for their assistance. Thank you Travis and Stewart!

Excellent, professional, affordable service at Punchbowl Fender Works! We had a problem with the door hinge for one of our vans and after calling around, other folks were going to charge us an arm and a leg just to look at it. I was greeted with aloha by Travis at Punchbowl Fender who was happy to check it out, and worked up an affordable estimate. They fixed the problem perfectly, and the final price was even less than the estimate! I've never had that happen before for auto repair. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, full of aloha, and I really felt cared for as a customer. What an honest, excellent experience --thank you so much Puchbowl Fender Works!

It was not ideal...unpleasant. .. poor scheduling and woek not completed on agreed day. Work needed extension beyond initial agreed timeframe for additional 5 days and I was informed that "one of the parts had not arrived" ... car was at the workshop for 10 days by this time. I was asked to rent a car under the insurance coverage. I called the insurance company to confirm details of the car rental and was told that "your car was sent to the workshop last couple of days" when in fact my car was with Punchbowl for 10 days already. Transparency was absolutely absent and people like us were left with no choice; and the shorter side of the stick for the inconvenience.

They do pretty good work. The only thing that I didn't like is that they used the wrong plastic rivets to attach the rear bumper to the fender well and they came loose. So Just bought my own and fixed it myself with the proper rivets.

They made quick work of damage in my fender. They were really easy to work with and made it very simple. Overall I'm very pleased with the work that was done.
