Purple Yoga Hawaii

I decided to try a local yoga class during my stay in Oahu. I picked Purple Yoga and it was awesome! I had never taken a ‘real’ astanga class and I wasn’t even close to where everybody else was at. But the instructor, Tami was very kind and good, gave me lots of good modifications. There was such stillness in the class, which was awesome and it was a great experience to see good yogis.

Love Cathy! She’s a life changer!! Feels like having just 2 sessions of private with her, has deepened my practice so much. She’s a true teacher who understood my body 100% and made intimidating ashtanga practice accessible. Can’t be more grateful to find her during my stay in Hawaii. It was the best thing happened during Hawaii vacay! I am already looking into my next trip to Hawaii for Purple Yoga Hawaii ! Thank you once again!

I couldn't be more happy with the couple visits I made to this studio while here. I'd about given up with yoga, thinking I couldn't find one that was a good fit for me. I'm incredibly inflexible. Being in a studio with people doing amazing feats and still feeling like I belong was just beyond what I could have expected. Cathy is wonderful and now I know what type of studio to look for back home. Thank you so much!

They have the best mom and baby yoga ever! The instructor is so nice. It’s gentle but super fun, the baby is incorporated and does some tiny yoga too! I highly recommend it for new moms!

I came here for a teacher intensive with David Swenson, so I can't say anything about the regular teachers or schedule. But: the place is sweet, everything was super organized, friendly, a welcoming atmosphere and all the other yogis in the class were great!
