Great service from all workers. Nicole helped me get my fitting room ready, held several items I had decided to purchase at the counter, and even helped order a pair of shorts that was not available at the store to be mailed to me. My military discount was granted with appropriate ID. We ended up spending close to an hour in the store, but felt comfortable enough moving about without being rushed, limited only by my own schedule. Yes, lululemon is expensive, but the garments are top quality, and definitely don’t blame the store if you aren’t familiar with the brand!

Never give any business with 1 start/bad review but this Lululemon’s stuff at this location was “Rude” and poor customer service/ knowledge with their policy. I was very disappointed at this time and never want to go back to shop with them again, I used to shop there since 2019. Need to train all stuffs or they will lost their business soon. not just me here saying that, you can read all the reviews

Sure the quality of clothes are great. Skip the store and order online. That way you don’t have to engage with their awful customer service.

Staff engaged with guests! Place had great size collection however no Hawaii branded stuff. Maui Storevdoes gave Branding stuff.

Nice store. Big. Staff not great. I watched a fellow ask 3 people within 10 feet of me if they needed help and then he walked right past me. Funny as I was in their shorts and shirt looking at a long sleeved ….I won’t mention specifics but definitely a stereotype went on….won’t be retuning there.

First time to purchase here because I needed a skort for a golf tournament. The lady/employee in the fitting room was just staring at me like looking awkard and making me feel she doesn't want me there but so enthusiastic talking to her co worker about hiking stuff and doesn't even smile or offer help. The most awkard place I've ever been. 05/11/2022 yet I still ended buying almost $200 worth of merchandise.

Sorry. Not my "cup of tea". I admit; I'm not a shopper. Knew nothing of this store nor the brand until a friend dragged me into the Honolulu location yesterday. My friend was on a mission to purchase a certain type of shorts for her granddaughter. I could not believe the prices. Totally seemed exorbitant to me. The shorts my friend purchased were all approximately $58 a pair. Although I admit I'm out of the loop when it comes to fashion, especially ladies apparel, I could never justify paying this price for a pair of shorts. The store is modern, immaculate and trendy. However, not a store I feel comfortable visiting. Very snooty and aggressive customers. The staff was very friendly. They were most polite to both of us, although I felt totally out of place here. Personally, I have no plans nor need to ever return to this store. If you plan on visiting and shopping here, don't forget to bring lots of money. You will need it!!

Always luck of sizes and stuff there are either super nice or rude and lazy! Depends on who u get u will receive completely different experience so lame! I see the problem with management.

Amazing staff, and best selection on island. They always seem to have some interesting items on final sale, and have spent tons of time helping me track down esoteric items. They also have some Hawaii exclusive stamped items, and occasional events where you can make your own. Highly recommend this spot for all your clothing needs!

With exception of Ashley mahalo Ashley!!!, This location has terribly unfriendly staff. No smiles, offer to help, and horrible customer service when I had a problem that I needed help with. Not sure why this location is so snooty, Lulu used to have friendly and happy staff...
