Got a good deal on the Hawaiian T-shirt. The associates were friendly and helpful.
I stopped by and visited Ray at North Face yesterday. My experience was excellent. He informed me of the products that they had, the pricing as well as sharing a bit of insight about his experience living in Hawaii. At least one other associate worked with me. I cannot remember his name off the top of my head but he was super helpful and helped me understand how your duffel bags work and the warranty they come with.
Hands down the best jacket I ever bought despite the price. Well worth the investment.
Ray helped us out. Man…that dude is customer focused. They need more Rays in that store! Thanks Ray for all the help and advice.
Bought a pair of hiking shoes here, store was very busy. Did not have alot in stock but I was able to get some items I wanted.

Called them, asked if they had snow boots, insulated boots. Asked about specific models they had, said the one I wanted was out of stock but they had a similar one. Drive from nalo, get there no more snow boots. Mahalo for wasting my time and gas
Had a great shopping experience here. I found I found variety of outdoor wear I needed for a trip. Fitting rooms were open, staff was friendly and very helpful, and they offer a military discount!
