My lady reports they are consistently out of the smaller sizes on many of the "cute" products. I'll admit to a small source of entertainment watching many of the shoppers and even several employees lip-syncing to the music. But the music is quite grating to my poor ears. 1/10 would not want to visit again. Personally not my taste in clothes; I need something more durable.
The workers were friendly and very helpful, a girl named princess was very kind in helping me. The set up of this store is great and very organized. It's my favorite forever 21 on the island. I liked it much better than the one in fl. This store deserves the 5 stars!
I was walking in Forever 21 and saw the brown suede shorts on mannequin and had to have it. It was so cute an asked the vietnamese girl worker who was in the front of store on Tuesday June 5 night time little last 8pm , where the shorts were and she happily helped me and pointed where the shorts were. Thank you for helping me find the shorts : and I bought the shorts soon after.
I understand christmas season is busy, but I stopped by yesterday to pick up a few items and the check out line was ridiculously long with only 2 cashiers working. Customer Service is important if you want returning consumers. I spoke to one of the cashiers and she didn't even take a break and couldn't go home as scheduled. Poor management !!
Forever 21 is such an oddity in my regular shopping habits. This Ala Moana location in particular embodies this: - frankly, the store layout is a bit sloppy, with pieces commonly found on the ground and/or collecting dust - the employees are mostly rather lax, which is fine, but can sometimes be a bit off-putting when wanting to approach one with a question - and some of the style choices are so out of left field I can't help but wonder who designed or approved it That all said though, I can't help but stop by whenever I'm at the mall. The prices are always pretty good and you can really find some gems in there. It's a great place to experiment with clothing you may not buy elsewhere because of the above reasons, and the fact that you have to "sift through" some of the not so great pieces adds to the experience, as strange as that may sound.
They have cute accessories, but since the day they move up to the upper floor. They became sucky. There are no plus size for bigger girls. The store is only one story and it is so tiny. I wished they stay in the second floor like the olden day. Disappointed. I stop going to forever21 in Alamoana. I rather go to Waikiki, because it is more spacious and carry more variety of items.
Needs lazy boys and couch with streaming sports and a urinal. It's the only humane thing to do, if you truly care about your husbands and/or boyfriends. Just say'n. You would get way more business with those features. Win-win.
I placed an online order on november 26 and sent it to the ala moana store since it's so expensive to ship it to my home, i got an email stating it will be arrive at the store on decembre 11, i called this morning 12/11 to see if it's there. The person who responded to my phone call is Nesley, this is how she greeted me "ala moana, how may i help you" so i had to double check if it was forever 21, she said yes. I went ahead and asked if they received shipment today since my email says it's supposed to be there today, i said i can give my order number she said "hold on" then asked for my order number, after i was done she said "ok, hold on" and went ahead and spoke to another customer while still holding the phone so close to her mouth, obviously she wasn't taking care of what i called for and didn't bother putting me on hold either. Then she spoke to me again and said what was the order number again sorry, i gave it to her again and she asked me if my name was so and so or so and so, my order wasn't there. She explained to me that i need 3 emails total before my order will arrive and said thank you and tried to hang up but i asked for her name. I hope Nesley was a new associate and isn't a manager or even a leader because her customer service skills is horrible, she spoke to me like i was her friend calling her cell phone or even her younger sibling bothering her. Forever 21 Ala Moana should train their employee better on their customer service skills.
I do my Christmas shopping on the Eve. Needed gift for 18 yo daughter. Staff were great, in and out quickly.
i was so excited for this super cute pair of socks, and guess what. yeah that’s right, you guessed it, they left the hecking sensor on it !!!!!! what the dang yeck???? how do u forget to take that off???????? i’m in a very state of distress.
