Kenneth was awesome and super helpful. Only one pair left in the store but the lenses were scratched and he swapped them out with brand new ones for free. It was great to not have to go to another location or order online and wait. Definitely coming back to this location.
The staff at the Ala Moana Oakley store are very friendly and helpful. When I purchased accessories for my sunglasses they installed them and cleaned my glasses.
This Oakley Store has the best manager and employees in the whole entire mall. They are compassionate and friendly to my family and I every time we visit. Really enjoy the service offered and especially the merchandise!!!
I visited the Ala Moana store today, November 7th at about 4 p.m. with the intent on purchasing a pair of sunglasses, and I did. I bought the polarized clear TURBINE ROTOR which caught my eye and was exactly what I was looking for. The sales associate Amanda, whom I had met during my previous visit to the store, assisted me with my purchase. She is awesome. She is friendly, upbeat and has a great personality that makes it a pleasure always to come in and visit. Immediately when I walked in the store, she recognized and greeted me making me feel especially welcome. The store manager, Yaya, is also a pleasure to interact with, and I enjoyed seeing her again. All in all, a five star experience that makes the Ala Moana Oakley store my go to place for all my Oakley related purchases.
I purchased a pair of $90 pants from Oakley. The zipper ripped out and one of the seams ripped. I called the store to ask about warranty. One of the managers no name, I’m not trying to get anyone fired answered and told me that I could speak to customer service because apparel is not warrantied by the store. I asked him if he could double check because another worker informed me that apparel is warrantied for 45 days. He refused and said that “no one working at the store would say such a thing”. He referred me to customer service again. I asked for the phone number and he refused to look it up because he “has a customer in front of him”. When I said I am a customer too, he hung up. I’ve worked in retail stores before. His behavior is below any professional standards, it is disrespectful.
Kenneth was amazing and got me exactly what I was looking for. Even the other working today was amazing, great atmosphere.
Very knowledgeable & personable staff. They could have sold me anything. But I'm glad I got a new pair of fresh Oakley's!

Oakley always has top notch products, from skiing gear to golf shirts. Yaya helped me out and she was very knowledgeable about the use and care of the products I bought for my ski trip.
