Pymatuning Boat Sales Inc.

Rented out a cabin for a long weekend at Pymatuning. Of course right before making the trip up the boats engine starts having issues. We contacted the location we bought the boat at and they were no help. We called Jamestown Boat Sales and they had the exact parts we neeeded. After replacing the parts ourselves we still had some minor issues. We contacted Jamestown Boat Sales again and even though they were extremely busy they were kind enough to take the time to look at the engine. Not only did they look at the engine at their shop, one of the mechanics took the time to go out to the lake with us to ensure that everything was alright. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Stored my boat for the 2017 winter. Picked up boat in the spring and they had it water ready. Staff was great to work with and quick to help. Purchased a boat at the store many years ago and had a pleasant experience as well.

Best experience buying a quality 20' pontoon boat. Jennifer, Frank, John and now Danny have always taken care of us. We store our boat with them every year and they have always provided first-class service. Examples: Battery was dead so I ran it over and they gave me a loaner so we could enjoy our day. Boat launch, removal, cleaning and storage/winterizing on-time with no problems. Nice selection of accessories too.

John and his team are very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. No pressure sales, good prices, and boat was delivered as ordered. Would buy again from PBS.
