I've been going here for 15 years, and my daughter and I love it. They are patient and nice, while always doing a beautiful job. My daughter is 11 and always gets exactly what she wants here. (they serve the best tea as well!)

I have been going to Q Nails for over 5 years and would never go anywhere else. The owner and her team are very special, one of a kind people who truly care about their customers. The negative review posted by someone here is certainly not a fair assessment of this business and must have been the result of some misunderstanding. I highly recommend that you give this business a try and talk to some customers who are there when you do. You will quickly see a base of very long time loyal customers who know and appreciate the true quality and caliber of the services the Q Nails team provides.

Ugh - I came in for a gel polish and a repair on one acrylic nail. First - you will notice immediately how dirty and cluttered the place is. Boxes, old dirty signs, clumpy nail polish, weird clutter everywhere. Then you see how DIRTY everything is! Dust everywhere, smudges and a layer of dirt on all the supplies, polish drying stations, counters, everything. The lady quoted me a price of 25 dollars. Seriously? I can get a fill in all my nails and a gel polish for that anywhere else. We agreed on a regular polish and a repair for 13 dollars. When she sat me down, she put acetone on my acrylics (plz no) and then pulled off all the acrylic on my nail. She then used mesh and glue instead of the acrylic repair I asked for - it is obvious they don't do acrylic there. Fine, but don't say "ok" when I walk in!! Then she filed off my gel polish. When I went to wash my hands, I noticed areas where the polish hadn't been removed. I pointed them out to her and she told me "that's not normally part of the process". What? You knew I had gel polish on, we talked about it when I walked in, now you're saying taking the old polish off is not part of a polish change?
I offered to leave after she said "I have somewhere I have to be" without any polish. She said ok, then she tried to charge me the 13 dollars anyway!! I was like "either put on new polish or charge me less, I'm not paying for a polish you didn't put on!" She forced me to sit back down and get new polish. The whole process was awkward and weird, and all I could see was how crazy and cluttered and dirty the place was. I got the hell out of there as quickly as I could and needless to say, I won't be back.
