QC Wellness Pharmacy and QuickCare & The Cosmetic Clinic

Great experience for our family. I'm not one to leave many reviews but after our recent experience wanted to make sure to spread our praise. We were in town visiting family when our son started to get sick. Not knowing where to go we ended up here. While filling out paperwork they heard our son coughing and struggling to breathe in the waiting area and were quick to come out, talk to us, and get him rushed back for a breathing treatment. The staff took care of our son like he was their own and provided a loving environment which was great when we were so far from our home. While traveling back home we received his lab results and they were able to call in prescriptions to our home pharmacy. We also received a few follow up calls from the NP checking on his progress. Great job, clean facility, caring staff, amazing care. Thank you!

Pretty much what you would expect from a quick care place. I did like that they have their own pharmacy in house though, so that's one less stop to make when you're not feeling well. The wait does leave much to be desired though. There were only two other patients in the waiting room on a sunday morning and it still took me over 1.5 hours to even be taken back to a room. They are quick to write a Rx if that's what you want, but I would say it's no replacement for the kind of care a primary physician could provide. They barely examined me at all and just threw me on antibiotics, which I later ended up having a reaction to. It's good in a pinch on the weekends, but everyone needs a primary doctor for the best care.

First off, I really question reviews stating "best medical treatment facility" and "fastest service ever experienced", but hey, money and Russian bots are influential. I digress, one physician, twenty waiting, three plus hour wait. I arrived, they didn't disclose the one physician was creating a massive backup, and they closed before everyone who had been waiting hours to be treated. A little upfront, honesty, courtesy and compassion would be nice. Ohhh no! Not here. Go to American Family Care or somewhere other than here . That's my experience.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the front desk, nurse, doctor to the pharmacist! Very clean and well kept facility. I was in and out in a very timely manner with meds in hand and headed straight for my bed! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I have been seen here and used their pharmacy and have had great experiences with the doctors and staff. Everyone is very knowledgable and extremely helpful. The pharmacist is very intelligent and knows his medicine's. Highly recommend this location.
