WOW WOW AND WOW!! Fantastic food, phenomenal staff and exceptional value!! Food was great, FREE GUAC? yes you saw that correctly. Food was very flavorful and the portions are very generous. Staff was so very nice. I have only one negative thing to say. The cleanliness needs to be stepped up, windows and doors cleaned, entry way vacuumed nightly free of any dust or trash. The Keurig near the drink station needs to be detailed each night as well as that entire area. During down times if I were the manager I would assign each staff member an area to focus on each day. If the place were cleaner I would give it ten stars.
I used to order from here at least once a week. I don't know what happened the past several months, but our orders have been wrong more often than they're right, and the amount of food in each burrito and bowl has been halved. It's been so bad that we've decided to stop getting food from here. They've raised prices at the same time as quality going down, and it's just not worth it anymore. They used to be fantastic, unfortunately.
I am not happy with this place, the food quality is terrible, the line is super messy when I go in to order, and the bowls are super skimpy, less than half a scoop of rice in the bowl and it's sad! The food isn't cheap, so why are we getting less.....I think the employees need a LOT more training, and they need to be shown how to FULLY make a PROPER bowl, and actually add a FULL scoop of rice, then other toppings! Also, the queso has been super runny and watered down lately also, very gross.
Ordered online. Staff was super friendly. Got home and bowl was half full. Fajita veggies were improperly cut where 2 sides of a green bell pepper 1" x 4" were my veggies. The rice was undercooked and crunchy. Not the usual Qdoba I got back in Denver. Very disappointed and upset as it is the only one here in Salem.Food: 1/5
Super bummed out about this experience. Being gluten-free I have limited options while eating out. I was so looking forward to my bowl last night. As I was eating it the rice was not done, and crunchy, ruined the whole meal. We went towards the end of the night after nine, and by the time my husband got back home, and we realized the issue, we couldn’t go back because you guys were closed. Truly a disappointment, I feel like things should be consistent, even if it’s at the end of the night.
I love coming here. The food is always great, as is the service. They are very friendly and quick at putting together your order. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5
I like Qdoba, ingredients always seem to be fresh, staff is friendly. Unfortunately we found out, my wife who has celiac, can't eat there due to cross contamination with gluten.Food: 4/5

Found a dead bug in my food. I am very unhappy and very disappointed because I usually come to Qdoba and prefer them over than Chipotle & seeing this today literally killed my appetite and got me very sick to my stomach. This is unacceptable and makes me wonder what else may have been in my food that I previous ate. Not writing this review just because but i am concerned and I am worried about others people health.
I’ve been coming here for a few years now and haven’t had a bad experience. It’s way better than Chipotle in my opinion. It tastes fresher and they give you bigger portions of meat. The staff is also friendly.
