Quality Auto Centers

Went into this place with the hopes of having my car evaluated; First off I had to do the honors of speaking as I walked in the door or I would have never been greeted. The big guy at the counter I guess thought I owed him something meanwhile I came in with the intent to pay big bucks to have my car serviced to completion. Customer service is horrible. He proceeded to tell me I will have to leave my car, which is understandable but theirs a way to communicate it to your customers. Very rude staff.

I wish I could leave a negative review.. Tgis shop put my vehicle and my saftey at risk. I used to come here all the time with my 2014 Charger R/T. Audi was great never sold me anything that wasn't necessary and had a great attitude. Wonderful guy. Guess he didn't try to screw people so they replaced him with some scum bag Ken. Couldn't shake his hand because he had his hands in his pants I knew then I should have left...... But since I dealt with Audi I figured I'd give them a shot. BAD IDEA. A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE ALMOST BLEW MY ENGINE. The ding dongs didn't put my oil filter on properly cracked the plastic housing and oil was everywhere. Engine undercarriage everywhere. I called Ken and he blew me off like it was no big deal. He says "my guys do this all the time" that pretty pathetic. Needless to say. I will never be back and if you value your car, life or both you will stay far away from this s*** hole.

Quick service, on any routine work I'd be sure to get a price estimate before hand.. I also now have giant black boot prints on my floor mat..
