NAPA Auto Parts - Genuine Parts Company

In an age of cookie cutter retail stores where high school children are generally found, serving customers, with absolutely zero knowlege and/or interest in what they are selling, this NAPA comes as a relief. It's one of the most knowledgeable retailers I've seen in a very long time. See Joe, he's very friendly, easy going and he will help you to get the right part, the first time, every time.

Customers who call have priority over customers that have been waiting for 10 minutes or more regardless of how many people are in line. Do not go here if you're expecting for someone to help you quickly and if you're in any rush at all. This has to be the slowest service I have ever seen at a auto parts store and I visit plenty! Wait time for one small part took 17 minutes and there were two people working and three people in line. Have your part shipped or sent to another Napa so it goes quicker.

Napa is the only place I get parts for my car, it's a bit Pricey sometimes but you can't beat the Quality and the warranty
