Just go to a dealership or independent shop like Freedman Auto. Came in for brakes and a tire puncture repair. The tire puncture was repaired with a strip and rubber cement that was no different from using a Slime kit. Somehow the service department determined that a daily driver Land Rover needed the top of the line Akebono brakes all around instead of any other, more reasonably priced part. Despite the car having the rear brake pads and rotors replaced recently at this location, all of the pads and rotors were replaced. What a joke.

Just perfect! I was looking for a specific part for my car and I found it at Pep Boys for 50 $ less then the another auto parts shops. I wasn't sure in which Pep Boys store the part would be available, to I check out with the online Chat, the lady called for different stories and made a reservation for me at the Edison unit. Once I arrived there the part was already on the check out box and I just taked it and went home, easy. Great!

Had 4 sets of tires installed and alignment done here. I feel staff were helpful and respectful. The reason that I took one star off is because when they changed my tires, they did not balance them right which resulted in me having to spend another 2 hours on another day to go and do it. Other than that no complaints.

Wait more than 1 hour to change engine oil and check TPMS system, the mechanics didn't even know I was in the waiting room(Already told them). They are trying their best to find every single small problems in your car and charge you insane price. Then they will tell you they can give you discounts. Again, unbelievable high price.

Very helpful and friendly employees. Answered all questions straightforward and accurately. Only complaint was they told me one of my outer tie rods needed to be replaced, and the pricing they gave me on that was about $100 more than taking it to the dealership which is crazy. They seem to overcharge, but the service quality etc was great.
