We had 2 different rooms due to I wasn't able to walk upstairs. My son didn't think about it being upstairs when he booked the room. First night we stayed upstairs because they were full. Second night was good, we were able to get a room downstairs, the tub didn't have a plug to take a bath, but I took a shower. I enjoyed the breakfast, very comfortable.
Me and My mom stayed here 2 nights in 2 different rooms.. Not a horrible experience. 1st night we got there late got room 209 it was nice and cold in there. WAS A SMOKING ROOM SO IT DID SMELL LIKE WEED, but we smoke cigarettes so not like it really bothered us majorly. Did see some bugs but we killed them and didn't see anymore.... I could tell with the white powder they are doing fumigation so atleast they are trying. NOT THEIR FAULT SOMEBODY STAYED THERE AND HAD ROACHES WHICH GAVE THEM ROACHES. We had roaches along time ago when I was growing up they are hard to get rid of. The toilet did have an issue in 209.. THE GUY AT THE DESK WAS VERY VERY SWEET AND KIND. So we went to sun studios and a car museum next day then came back and got room 310..lol right next to our last room..A/c worked , beds were clean and the hot water worked , and the TV so it was an okay stay.
Stayed for one night at a pricey rate of $90. This Quality Inn is close to the airport and my reason for staying. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The airport shuttle wasn't running due to inclement weather which put me in a bad situation. Luckily 2 individuals who stayed beside my room were going to the airport and caught a ride with them.
I booked a room for my wife and daughter but when they finally arrived at 230 am they were put in a disgusting room with an AC that sounded like a car wreck while running. Fast forward 2 hours and 2 rooms later, they finally settled on a room that was still unacceptable but decent enough to catch a few hours of sleep. They slept on top of the blankets because the sheets had what looked like body shaped stains on them. Maybe this chain of hotels should change their name to inadequacy inn!
Please avoid this place at all costs. Upon entering, I was horrified to see small insects and roaches crawling on the bed. To be safe, I had to discard all my belongings, including my clothes and backpack, due to the fear of any potential hidden bugs.
