Quality Inn

After reading prior reviews, I questioned whether we should stay here or not. After arriving, I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist from New York, and we had a nice chat while he got our room keys ready. When we got to the room, I was pleasantly surprised! Cold AC, clean bed, and hot water! This is not the Ritz Carlton, but for the price, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Easy access to the interstate, and plenty of stores and restaurants close by. We didn't need, or ask, for much, so I can't comment as to how responsive the staff was, but every interaction I had with staff was very pleasant.

I've stayed here several times in the past. I'm currently in room 108. Everything was fine until it got dark. There are bed bugs coming out of the sheets I've searched the whole bed and can't find them. My guess is they are inside the mattress. This is my last stay here. Skip this place if possible.Rooms: 1/5

We were reading reviews online because the room looked nothing like online. When reading them we noticed a review that said the very room we were staying in had bed bugs. After closely looking we found one! We packed up and took our stuff out of there. Now the office isn't wanting to refund our money! DO NOT STAY HERE! We were in room 108. The lady at the front desk didn't even apologize to us and was the rudest person I have encountered in awhile!

What can you expect from a hotel this cheap? Not much given the current average price of hotels. So, for what's its worth.... place came thru in a pinch. Maybe a roach or 3. Staff is cool. Location is epic. Like I said doesn't get much better for the price on most days.Rooms: 2/5

This place is disgusting. As a pit stop on a long road trip we decided To stay at a quality in because we’ve never had an issue before. This place is gross. We walk into our first room and it absolutely stunk like cigarettes, walked to the second room and the exact same issue. Straight away we went to the front desk which we were then told we couldn’t change rooms & offered us febreez did not help The ‘double beds’ and no bigger than a single The toilet paper holder fell out of the wall, the cable box is also falling out of the wall. And to top it all off, the bed sheets have tons of different coloured stains on them. I 100% do not recommend this so called ‘quality inn’

Customer service was terrible my whole 6 day stay. Housekeeper acted as if the linen I asked for, towels, pillowcases we hers personally. The black lady in the office with the old wig is rude, the head Hispanic lady is rude. If you guys hate your job so much why work here? Asked for a plunger because my daughter uses too much tissue, they had none. There are other hotels in the area, two right behind this one actually. I would try those first.

I do not prefer to go again. Very first thing greeted well but they don’t know where is the room front or back. Near room smells not good inside not clean room, beds not good there is some hair on the bed. Phone not working. Toilet flush not working and there’re is no toilet paper . Coffee machine is broken and lastly microwave is very dirty. If owner read this I request you to improve all this mistakes I am not sure after reading this you book rooms or not. But I will not go again for sure.
