I have ordered from Quality Metals several times, and will give an honest review. The orders were always done promptly, and pick up was fairly quick and easy. The ladies in the office were always nice and knew what was going on. The problems were that the stainless was scratched to heck, with gouges and the finish was totally destroyed. Not like a rub here or there, but many huge, deep gouges with burs etc. It looked like they took it out of a scrap bin. After talking to my rep, he said keep it, and do what you want with it, we'll cut another batch, its only 20 pcs. (But 2 days later want me to pay for it.) Then i go pick up the replacement order, its worse than the first. So I come back a third time, and they got it. Four months later, I reluctantly place an order, and when I get it home open it and there is grease all over sheet after sheet. Black grease squished between sheets like a kindergartener's butterfly art! I call twice, and email pictures. Not a call or an email from my rep. for over a week. But I got a bill in the mail from them for an additional 67 bucks with no explanation! Quality Metals should change their name to just 'Metals', because the Quality sure isn't there. And from my experience(S), they simply don't care.

I have known and worked with the professionals at Quality Metals for years - and found the entire team to be exceptional. I tend to view a company based on the quality of the team members -- and everyone I've met there is sincerely interested in doing their jobs, serving the customer and producing a high quality product.
