I was taken back within a minute of my appointment. Velden ? was very friendly and gentle. Some blood tests have left me feeling like I'd been mauled by a tiger, stung by a scorpion and gouged with a machete. But here I had no pain during or after the poking. They are really trying to rectify their poor patient history, and not only were they extremely friendly and compassionate, they sent me an electronic survey afterwards for feedback. Highly recommended.
Website says this location is open on Saturdays and even made me an appointment for 10 am. When I got here the sign says theyre only open mon-fri. Thisnis misleading info. Saw several annoyed patients standing outside. They dont have a phone number you can call to talk to anyone its all automated
The practitioner that drew my blood was very rude and I had to have my blood drawn twice due to her not properly reading the directions. My arm was bruised for days because she moved the needle around so much despite me yelping in pain. In addition to the horrible process, she forgets to give me a receipt for both procedures and I had to go back to the location. Do Not Go Here
I so wish I had gone to LabCorp instead for a Covid antibody test as this company is totally inept and after 3 months, 3 calls and 3 emails has refused to provide me with a proper invoice to submit to my insurance I pre-paid for the test and was trying to get reimbursed for the $129...I have found out that LabCorp will submit for you so this could have all been avoided...it's truly mind blowing that some companies can stay in business and not be able to provide the most basic of services.or respond to their customers....but live and learn and I know where to go next time.
The front desk guy has a very very bad attitude. Complaning to me every second that he hasn't had lunch blabla. No good customer care attitude at all. In the end he couldn't get the codes for my tests. I have to leave without feeling helped after waiting for almost 1 hour. Really bad.
Absolute worst treatment I've ever seen in a medical office. Not only was the front desk unkind, my license was never returned to me. When I asked for it back the following day they said "we cannot produce something we do not have."
This place is advertised as having Saturday hours, the website will let you make and confirm an appointment, but nobody is here on Saturdays! Complete BS!
Excellent experience. Efficient staff. The hours are 8-4. This office does not close for lunch
I have never met more unprofessional and lazy people in my life..they do not communicate with you when you are waiting.. they act as if they don’t see patients at all! NEVER AGAIN!!!
No staff to greet, long wait as if they only have one employee working. If you are trying to get in and out dont come to this location.
