Rudest staff I advised the lady before she stuck a needle in me that my last experience I had end up bruised to be careful and she continued going fast and ignored me. I get it you’re busy with a lobby completely empty btw just looking for an excuse for her but this isn’t something that can be rushed! She needs to be spoken to on how to be a decent human being if that’s even possible.
I was a bit skeptical about going to this site after reading several unpleasant reviews, however the experience was very good. My appointment was at 1:30 and I was out of there by 1:25. I worked with Amber and her friendliness and professionalism made me feel more than welcome. Thank you Amber for your assistance today.
Just had one of the best experiences at a lab ever. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes and Amber was SO NICE. Very kind and gentle and kept checking on me and told me everything she was doing which was very reassuring. Thanks!
Woman in green scrubs did not explain any rules for those who had to wait until they could provide a urine sample, such as drinking water from source outside of office, then yelled at these people for receiving a water bottle. She does not talk. She yells. Definitely surprised Quest hires and retains people like this.
ZERO STARS because of the absolutely unprofessional woman with long black hair. This person doesn't make the visit welcoming in the least! I'm not asking for a red carpet but even their video playing in the waiting room states how the people here are happy and welcome to help. Not the case at all! I asked a question about a service and was met with utter disdain that I was even there. Hopefully this deters others from having to deal with this place. What does it cost to be nice? ZERO, just like how many stars I give to QUEST! I just left!
Wonderful experience at this location. It was my sons first time getting lab work done and he was very worried. Amber was amazing with him! She was very kind and made sure he was laying down and comfortable. Used a baby needle and got vain on first poke. Thank you!
genuine absoulte waste of time! how can you schedule someone for a drug screening FOR WORK! and then absolutely not bother to tell us that this location DOESNT TAKE urine samples? we were told by a piece of paper taped to the sign in machine :/ not a single person greeted us and there was people standing behind a counter talking. while waiting another guest in front of us also needed help and called out for help to NO ANSWER. NO ONE CAME OUT OR OFFERED ANY HELP WHATSOEVER. my husband and i are very stressed and very angry with quest. if we can avoid this place we absolutely will with a burning passion. this place sucks. i wish i could give zero stars.
Lisa, the Tech at Golf Course location has drawn my blood several times. She is rude, unprofessional and extremely rough. Her method is to jab and dig when locating a vein then untie the plastic tourniquet so it slaps my arm. Pain at insertion site and arm afterwards. After 3 visits with her, it’s just gotten worse. One star is beyond generous. My Dr. prefers Quest Labs but this may be my final visit. Used to have excellent service and experience with other Techs but not with Lisa. Terrible patient care.
I left without getting my bloodwork done. Exceptionally rude and unfriendly staff. I came in for a simple blood draw and I had to sit for about 20 minutes after being called back while she did my paperwork and then told me I needed to pay $200 because my doctor didn't put diagnosis codes. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION
Had a 10 am appointment for blood work. Received a text saying to arrive and check in 10 minutes prior to appointment time. I do so, go to office, there is a sign saying closed due to water pipe failure. What? You couldn't be bothered to email or text people with appointments??? Unacceptable and inconsiderate.
