Pay attention that phlebotomist:
DO NOT touch the site of puncture again after cleaning the area by alcohol  to find the vein! If for any reason they touch the site  they need to repeat alcohol swap. The glows used are non-sterile! 
The oder of the job is
A) Applying tourniquet
B) Finding the vein
C) Skin disinfection
D) venipuncture
DO NOT dry the puncture site with a gauze. It should dry with body temperature
DO NOT apply the tourniquet more than  2 min. Tourniquet can be released as soon as blood flow, the vacuum tube will do the suction.

Really bad experience! Not nice girl to blood work. She take the both arms of my baby amd nothing. She is not good to work with kids.

Uncaring technician...... Bruised my arm in drawing blood........ Hope I do not get an infection..... Disorganized and dirty work area.... Would avoid this Quest - worst I have ever been to.
