The gas pump was a little slow at this location but it eventually worked out. Love the customer service as always..See you next time!

I purchased gas using my AMEX card at the pump for $65.36. Went I went in to look at my statement, the amount of the charge pending was $175.00. When I contacted QT the person on the phone blamed certain financial institutions for placing the hold amount. After contacting AMEX I learned that it is NOT the financial institution or credit card company's choice to place HOLD onto your card, but rather the gas station/QT in this case. Everything online I have read confirms this, and if a person goes inside to pay, rather than at the pump, then this won't happen. BOTTOM LINE: Always go into a gas station to pay for your gas rather than at the pump if you don't want a $100 hold to be placed on to your purchase, possibly causing overdraft fees if your using your bank card. Personally, I'm going to start paying CASH-ONLY every single time for gas as the push continues to place outrageous hold amounts on to debit/credit cards and every single business pushing people to "Download their app" onto every single Smart/Dumb phone. In Sweden they have put microchips into over 10,000 citizens hands to become their "digital wallet" becoming now their "car keys, money & ID all-in-one". Do we really want our Governments and Businesses to have complete control over every single dollar we use?

Good people.. no drama just business

Iced tea - all are out and all the containers were on floor. That's gross Any hot food - definitely looks like it hasn't been changed in the past 4 hours. Dry, stale, burnt and the rollers not even turning. Staff - both busy looking at a computer screen. I know it may be a late Saturday night but I also know this company has standards. This experience was a let down. From products to that warm bubbly feeling from acknowledging I even walked in, I got nothing. Sorry QT, you left a bad taste in my mouth on this one.

This QT is always clean and well stocked. Gas prices are competitive being on the Missouri side of the line. Plenty of pumps, parking, and free air for car tires. I visit weekly.

The lazy people that work here can't refill their window wash fluid stuff at the gas pumps laziest place on Earth

My fiance called and asked if we got their at 9:57 pm could we still come in to the kitchen and order they said yes as long as the screen is still on you can order so we got their at 9:57 and he was half way though his order when the kitchen employee told him that the kitchen was closed at 9:58 pm two minitues before 10 when they actually close that's as long ad it would have taken to make two shakes!

Just like every other QuickTrip. Clean, friendly staff, and lots of pumps to get gas. Apparently they have very good coffee too.
