Second day in a row the store is closed in the middle of the day. The pharmacy sign says they are closing at 5 but there is nobody there at 3PM and the doors are all locked. If you call the pharmacy nobody ever answers at any time if the day or night. It's sunny and nice out but apparently nobody went to with at Walgreens the last few days! I have been back 3 times since Friday trying to get my prescription filled but they always have some excuse why it's not ready...
Rude front desk staff kept chatting away with a security man who kept yelling "checkout" sporadically while customers lined up. Very unkempt store with empty shelves. I never write reviews about drugstores but this was not it. Looked so dirty and unhygienic i wouldn't refill or buy medications here.
Minal employees on the floor sometimes turn a quick visit for minimal items or rx prescriptions into a longer trip than anticipated. Love their selection for indoor shopping and their value customer discounts.
Made an appointment to get COVID and flu vaccines today and drove over to the store. Once I arrived, I was told "the computers are down" so they can't give vaccines. Thanks for nothing :.
If you’re on hold for the pharmacy for more than an hour you get disconnected. This has happened to me twice. Fortunately I was multitasking. There are a few great people working in the pharmacy. Overall though, I find myself frustrated every other time I engage. I won’t continue using their services. As for the store itself, I rarely wait in line, they usually have what I need, they’re polite, and it’s clean.
If I could I would give 0 stars, went in to pick up a prescription that was sent 30-45 before I arrived. Once I got there one of the employees at the pharmacy was rude and had customers checking out on my register while I’m talking to her trying to get help after waiting in a long a** line for 15-20 minutes. Then she proceeds to tell me my one prescription hasn’t been sent to them when I have a text message that says other wise with the time. Still waited patiently and respectfully, for awhile. Then waited for the line to clear and went back up. To find out that my prescription was in the system the WHOLE time!! then proceeded to tell me that I’d have the wait another 45 minutes for ONE THING ! while waiting for her to put in my insurance the same lady that didn’t know how to use their system or have good customer service decided to start scarfing down chips behind the counter, in front of customers, while there were people waiting… Not all the employees were like this, however the customer service, timing, and overall the whole visit was a complete joke and I recommend going anywhere but here.
Pharmacy needs to investigated because there is something seriously wrong with the way business is conducted here!!!! Sign says no pharmacist on duty and when they are there they will not answer the phone or help you. I know this location is struggling but I had my prescription sent there and couldn’t get it filled. I had to have the dr transfer it to a different location. Just close it already.
This is the third time this week I’ve been on hold with the pharmacy for over two hours. The first two times I waited and was hung up on. Exhausting.
I had purchased $30 worth of cold and flu products which I found out the next day from my doctor that I could not take because I had high blood pressure. None had been open and I had the receipt and the manager was horrible in executing my return however the general cashier was much more accommodating and got it taken care of.
Yeah I just spent about 25 minutes waiting in line and a computer went down the associate was kind enough to attempt to help. The manager on duty i give 0. How do you go log in your associate of any go to another register that kicks them out and continue to help people that lineup instead of the people that have already been standing in line for 20 plus minutes the associate deserve pay raise the manager deserves to be fired
