I would love it if the male pharmacist was actually trained on how prescription transfers work and not give customers misinformation, I feel like that's common sense before hiring pharmacists. I would also like to not be on hold for 45 minutes trying to get a hold of someone. Better Business Bureau it is.
I hate writing negative reviews, but the lead female pharmacist at this store is just so incredibly rude. I have a prescription that is frequently filled as both brand name and generic, but I never know when so if I call in and ask for the brand name I have had some of the workers inform me that I do not have a prescription to pick up under that name. It started happening so much that to save time and confusion I have started telling them that it could be under either the brand name or generic. This had been working until the lead pharmacist answered, and when I told her the names it could be under, laughed and said "you don't need to tell me all the names, just what do you need?" She came across as very snarky and condescending. I am sure it can be stressful working at a busy pharmacy in an urban area. However, this doesn't seem to trouble the other pharmacists on staff here. I'm hoping it was just that she was having a hard day and nothing more, but judging by the rest of these reviews, I don't think that was the case :/
I hope they don't close but it feels like thats what they are preparing for. Terrible service in the pharmacy. Can't get an appointment for a flu shot. They say go online but since it's not a "Minute clinic" location you can't make an appt. They say they will take walk-ins but when you show up they say no service with an appt, even when there is no one there. Confusing and wrong information, rudely given.
Rude & disrespectful staff at the pharmacy counter female pharmacist/tech. Picked up my Rx and this is the 3rd time I've encountered three different females who come across as disgusted by customers and it's obvious they're bothered to have to help them — such lack of courtesy with not only me but with all the other male & female customers. PLEASE hire people that want to be there and don't mind being polite to customers!
The lead pharmacist female must teach a class on how to be rude because she is very good at it. Completely condescending and her customer service skills are the worst. She seems to rub off on some of her employees as well. If it wasn’t for the convenience factor, I would go somewhere else. I wish there was a Walgreens closer to my house.
Horrible service ! I didn’t realize my Covid at home test was covered by my insurance. I tried to resubmit via pharmacy and they refused!
Been going here for over 12 years, not sure why it has such a low review. Never had a serious problem.
The pharmacy will NOT answer the phone. Seems poorly managed. No customer service. Try another pharmacy you can actually get through to.
They're gouging people $38.99 for at home covid tests, they routinely tell me they will fill my prescriptions then text me, yet they never do. A couple if the staff at the front counter are great, unfortunately not enough to make up for the remarkably rude ones that tend to be there mid-day.
normally encounter kind workers, but the man at the counter at 1 today said hello to other customers walking in, but not me. Then when checking out I said hello and got no response, he wouldn’t even make eye contact with me and didn’t say have a good day or anything. Just grunted the price at me. Just ruins the experience completely, it’s not that hard to smile:
