Very poor customer service. First there were no cashiers up front or literally nowhere to be found.. I came in to buy meds because I hadn't been feeling so well. One of the medications was age restricted which required a cashier to be present. I waited over 10 mins. Even the security guard went to look for the cashiers. When one finally showed he came right up in front of me and voided my order.. I asked him why? He said I thought you left. I just walked out.. I will NOT BE BACK!
Thank you to the professional and caring pharmacy staff! They went above and beyond to fill a life-saving prescription, and I appreciated their help during a stressful situation.
I like appreciate the care, respect and service I receive at this CVS pharmacy . Even if they can't help me right away, they at least acknowledged that I am waiting. No I don't care for the loitering people, that some time are out there peddling. And maybe the center part of the parking lot could be remapped or lined. Over all a great place with very nice staff.
After pushing the customer assistance button to buy laundry detergent pods from a locked cabinet, I put back over $50 of what merchandise I could find, since the shelves are consistently empty. There's also no shopping carts or shopping baskets. The store's exterior is usually trashing. It's like CVS wants to close this location.
It was professionally handled. And the store associate was patient and forth coming with pertinent information.
Received my vaccine here and the pharmacy was very helpful and reassuring. I come here often for either snacks or little things needed. Most of the time I'm helped by front end cashier Nelly and she goes above and beyond with providing the best customer service in the upmost respectful way. One of my go to's. Thank you CVS
It looks like no one care as long as they are open in business. I wonder how long such a place without essential customer service skills will stay open—no customer service skills. Most people there been working forever at the store but don’t looks happy to entertain excellent service to the customer. Items are mislabeled, and when they make a mistake, they won’t own it; instead, they will blame the customer. The clerk and the manager are poorly trained, no clue how to handle any customer issues. It is sad to have a great place with nobody trying to keep people want to come again.
I've never seen a single worker there before and ice gone maybe 5 times now
Pharmacy staff is rude and unaccommodating. Their answer is to "bring the information to the pharmacy when you come in to the store, we can't help you over the phone." When asked to speak with a manager the pharmacist-Debbie-states "Well I'm in training and I'm the pharmacist, so I guess I'm the manager now." Customer service is not one of their skills.
5 stars for the pharmacy and their staff. I transferred to Walgreens down the street a few months ago because of the 24 hour pharmacy, but I was never able to pick up an "already filled" Rx there without it taking at least an hour even refills!. I transferred back to this location because I've never had issues with this CVS pharmacy -- the techs and the pharmacist are all professional, kind, and informative. The limited "open" hours are almost a good thing, in this situation, because it means a really consistent staffing situation that lets us get to know each other a little better. They don't have much space for waiting, but I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes and don't mind toodling around the store. Considering that this is located on a very busy inner city intersection, it's generally pretty clean it's getting a remodel right now, the staff are mindful of the front door, and there's a security guard on staff in the evenings.
