Q took excellent care of my baby over the last week. I had damage on my passenger side rear quarter panel right on a key body line and he was able to repair it and make the paint match perfectly on my black cherry 370z. He also repaired damage to my rear bumper cover and shaved the emblems off of it and my new front fascia and painted both. He did an excellent job and I have fallen in love with my car all over again. She looks like a whole new ride. And he had it all done in ONE WEEK from drop off until he told me come get it. He was awesome with my micro managing (cause she IS my baby) and didn't get annoyed with my questions and even sent me progress photos so I would know what was going on. One day when I pick up a hot rod project and am ready to restore it I'll come here for sure.

Today my grandmother had her trunk "repaired" today by QWerks. After taking 3hours to replace a part the issue wasn't fixed. The owner said to get the car back she had to pay for the repairs or he could put the old part back in and it would take 10 minutes. Something's not adding up. And who fixes a car by saying "I can't figure out what's wrong" but charges a ton of money for not actually fixing it!?! Poor customer service. Poor follow through. Inexperienced.
