Dude they took 2 hours and made me miss my tire appointment

Prices were okay. What killed me is the service and wait. I tried using this service twice in the past month. Once to get my vehicle from base, and another to move my vehicle from the shop to my house. The time picking up from base, they took an hour more than they said they were going to take to get there. I figured it was a hold up getting on base. Then, trying to get a tow in town, I had the same problem and ended up going with a different company. I understand it can take longer than they tell you, but there's zero communication between the company and you. I had to call them both times, multiple times to see where the tow truck was.

Waited over 2 hours for them and still never showed up. I understand it is the busy time however the dispatch lady was very rude told me she would have the guy give me a call and he never did. Then she told me 50 minutes and an hour and a half later still no one. Luckily a random guy pulled me out after I was sick of waiting!
