Jim's Towing, Inc. Heavy Duty Towing. We Dont Tow Cars

I called a ‘towing’ company to get a quote on how much it would cost to get my vehicle transported across town to a repair place, but instead was barked at by some douche over the phone ‘I don’t tow cars or semis!’ Jesus Christ, it’s -18 without the windshield & my car won’t start.../do you think I could do without the attitude? Possibly Jim should RETHINK the name of his business?/or provide a more detailed description of what exactly he DOES do at his business.

Rydest customer service ever. Cussed at me when I said I needed a tow truck. Told me I couldn't afford it. Never Been so disrespected from a 30 second phone call.

We were stuck on the side of the road during a blizzard with a flat tire and no jack crank. Jims towing (Vince) was the first to stop and see if we were ok (even after a Border Patrol cruised past us). He offered to help us out and provide us with the light to see and tools to get the job done! Super impressed and would definitely use them again when the need arises!
