Aggressive Towing & Recovery

Called for a tow but ended up working my way out on my own. Driver was really understanding when I cancelled. Appreciate it.

I am greatful that I had someone to tow my car being that it’s Thanksgiving, so thank you so much for that! However, I was told there would be someone coming in 30 minutes. Over an hour later, the young gentleman shows up and takes over 30 minutes to get my vehicle on the flatbed. I asked to talk to his manager to let him know I was unsatissfied with how long it had taken. He did nothing to try and fix it or make it right. I would not recommend this business. The fact it’s Thanksgiving Day and I had to travel for my first meal after working a 15 hour shift made it worse. Had I known it was going to take way longer than expected, I would have went with someone else.

The gal on the phone was very friendly and the tow truck driver was very accommodating. He had suggestions on service stations in the area that would best fit the repair I needed. It was funny I heard the commercial yesterday.

good price, the guy who towed my car was able to tell me what right of it what was wrong with my car just by looking at it & that saved me alot money cause i was gonna bring it somewhere else where i could have been charged lot money.

As a prior employee I can say this company is a joke to work for, they have no respect for employees or issues they have within the company, Joe is gone all the time and we are forced to work like slaves, when anyone asked for a day off it's like pulling teeth, they don't pay what the driver is worth and the AAA service is a joke, i would not recommend to anyone, not even to people looking for work, stay away unless you want to be slave drove while others just sit on their butts
