Stumbled into this shop while wandering around shopping, guy at the counter was really weird and barely spoke to us while we were in there, even after actually asking for help. Energy in this shop was super heavy and dark and just overall very negative. Also literally dark because my eyes were straining the whole time. Had some interesting items, but compared to how several other shops nearby are selling incredibly similar items for much cheaper, not really worth it. Overall, I am giving it a one star for the very poor customer service and the pure bad vibes of the shop.

rudest cashier i’ve ever met. cashier continuously insulting us in a cheesy fake british accent thinking it’s funny when clearly nobody is into it. yelled at us for not knowing the rules when nobody told us them when we came in. nothing is worth it in this place you could find all the jewelry online for much much cheaper

NOCLIP into the Backrooms here by petting the cat.. just kidding, this "store" is not for 3 dimensional beings.....

Such an amazing store!

Yeah they have no set hours. Don't touch the cat whatever you do. The owner is a *being* and amazing. It looks like you might die from the outside and you'll never want to leave the inside. Best customer service I've ever had because you're treated like a human instead of a herd being moved. Basically be a decent person and you'll have a fantastic time but don't expect to be coddled.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Negative energy as soon as you walk in. A friend bought A NECKLACE TURNED HER NECK GREEN IN AN HOUR. Dude with the fake British accent CUSSED me out as I checked the time. As I alerted the lady out front he RUSHED out of the door and ripped his mask off to call me names such as “silly twat” and “a child” as a women I felt extremely unsafe and disrespected. They will never get my business again.

Great shop and an "interesting" owner. Would feel a little more inviting had he not been a bad imitation of  Johnny Depp's version of the Mad Hatter the entire time. I love the concept of the shop, but the bad acting has already been done, and he is a cheap imitation when he seems like he would be awesome just by putting his own personality out there without all of the redundant theatrics.

Took family to see this eccentric little shop I had already been to and really liked. The owner cursed us out when one of us touched his cat... He went on for over thirty seconds and clearly had lost control of himself. We promptly left. Should be noted that I had previously been yelled at in the store for having my phone out.  The strict rules are totally fine and part of what make this store such a unique experience... but the arrogance and rudeness of the owner in enforcing them are the reason I will never return!

The place is great the look and the ambiance.. but The arrogant pretentious unprofessional imitation madhatter owner/worker is extremely rude and a very bad actor.. and very very unprofessional... You're scolded on phones and his cat as soon as you walk in the door! his reason for the cat is it may scratch you or bite you because he's temperamental if that's the case you should keep him at home I believe there are laws against that! When the cat gets near you he watches you like a hawk because he wants to scold you "I've seen it!" Which is really sad this is actually a great store that is why my wife and I will never go back again "because of him..." SAD!!!!....
