I went to have my old beach cruiser resorted and fixed after selling it to someone who left it outside and the elements destroyed every part of it. I was very emotional about the state that it was in but the guys at the shop were so kind, attentive, and reassuring, I left their feeling a whole lot better after dropping it off. When I returned to pick it up I was blown away with the work and my baby rides and looks brand new. Thanks!!!

The staff is phenomenal. They remember who you are and treat you like gold. Every recommendation I have received for products and services has been spot on. My last visit included a tune up and break replacement. My bike literally rides better now than the first day I purchased it. Thank you to the Trek Fed Hill Team for all you do and being such an important part of the community!

Drew in repairs on a very knowledgeable, skilled and professional. If you buy your bike rack here they will assemble it for you and even Mount on your car. Prices are reasonable. The only negative is that I didn’t get a call to notify me my bike was ready.

Overall a fantastic experience at this location. I had an issue with my ebike’s front wheel, and Drew Ammon diagnosed the issue and repaired my wheel very promptly. He was very professional during our encounter. I highly recommend this place to my friends and colleagues and will be returning should my bike need any attention.

My experience at the Trek location on Key Highway has always been a positive one! Most recently they tuned up a bike for me and helped me navigate a question I had regarding a bike rack. I was especially thankful to Drew and Juan for the time and effort they put in to helping me out and getting me back on the road. Everyone I've spoken to at the store has been friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient!

They have a large selection of bikes, especially in comparison to other bike shops we visited in the area. Friendly service and they had all the accessories we needed kick stands, water bottle holders, u-locks, etc.. We plan to join some of the social/group rides they offer, too. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Brought my self built ebike here for repair after many years of good use. The brakes were spongy and the gears were skipping, especially when shifting. The staff here were very nice, the prices were reasonable , and my bike feels like a brand new bike now ! Best bike repair in Baltimore!

We take our bikes to the service department for all repairs. They are amazing! Always do a fantastic job, and are extremely friendly. We won't take are bikes anywhere else.

The products and services here were top notch. Juan was very helpful listening to my needs and recommended the needed service. The service department was very thorough and completed the work in a timely fashion. Prices are a little high but so are the quality of the products, so it was well worth the trip. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks guys!!!
