For instance Chef’s special shell fish cooked Hong Kong Harbor style requires over 500°F high flame, but applied for only about 30 sec. This is to insure all the nutrition are locked-in, while the well-done fish still has a fresh taste, with a nice hint of crunchiness on the outside.
Radiance’s light yet satisfying dishes are paired with fine teas in
accordance with Chinese traditions to enhance body’s natural detoxifying and purification abilities.
