The restaurant has easy access from metro station near 51 street, it is not big but not that small restaurant. You can order to eat in or take out. The food itself is very tasty, very delicious and the prices are affordable. I do reccommend and for sure an experience to repeat.Recommended dishesGrilled Teriyaki Chicken, Bigger Plate, Chicken and Mixed Vegetables, Chicken Egg Roll, Chow Mein
Decent Chinese food. Affordable. Good portion. Clean. Well maintained kitchen.. it's not phenomenal but it is alright
A must when visiting New York. Very reasonable price for what you get and their Orange chicken is just amazing. Clean and tidy restaurant as well as friendly serviceFood: 5/5
Highly recommend this location or Panda Express. The staff is very attentive and helpful. They explain all the entrees and make recommendations. We got a vegan bowl of beyond nuggets with half brown rice half noodles. There is an extra charge for the beyond option which is unfortunate, but I assume this is corporate policy instead of the locations fault itself. They have plenty of seating and a restroom for customers. This location even takes Venmo and PayPal!!
First time at Panda Express. Awesome food and big portion size. Definitely not my last visit

I came in at 5pm to order a catering event for the next day at 12pm. Api, the store manager, was very kind and attentive. She filled my order quickly. I'm very appreciative that she placed my order on such short notice.Food: 5/5
4 Stars Removed - 1 for every time my online not app order was delivered missing items. It's always the same, bigger plate + 20oz sprite + delivery + $5.00 tip equaling up to $30.00. All I want is a few soy sauce packets, not 1 not 10 but 3 would be nice. I've checked box, I've added notes, I do not understand why I have never received even 1 from this location. Is there an underground market for Panda soy sauce? Is your store seeing an influx of soy sauce theft? Are they collectable? Charge me $1 per soy sauce, I don't care, but don't put it as an option and not deliver. My lunch today came with a double set of unrequested utensils and not a single soy sauce, this made it the 4th time in the last 5 months. I am only in our New York office one week every 2-3 months and I try to tackle 3 weeks worth of work in under 5 days. This means 16-18 hour days so leaving really isn't an option.
Update: Went back and tried the orange chicken and each morsel was tough and chewy. I left several bites on my plate it was so unappetizing. They no longer give you a water cup. And of course, this is not cheap food. Almost $20 with tax and a soda. ‐----------- The Kung Pao Chicken had no flavor, and no spice and the service was pretty bad. Very unhelpful. A negative experience overall. It's not cheap at Panda Express so they should at least give diners what they pay for.
No, this is not a half eaten bowl... this is what the orange chicken bowl looks like. For $9.79 you get a fabulously cold meal with minimal meat, and bones in the little orange chicken I got to taste. Very disappointed at the cold meal. I wish it was warm,... maybe I would’ve given it 2 stars
