Took my Emma here for treatment, and she seems to be doing quite well so far after a month. Caring staff gave Emma nothing to complain about. Update 1 July 2020: Emma is still doing quite well and has gained a healthy weight, feels great to hold and seems happy. Update 15 November 2020: 14 years to the day I found her on the side of the road injured, Emma is still doing really well and has decided to become a lap cat at her advanced age. Super sweet purr box. Update 13 July 2022: Emma is still doing quite well, loves to sit on the keyboard and block my view of the monitor.

What can I say? My cat is happy and doing great! The whole experience was great! The office staff and the Veterinary Nurses were fantastic! If your kitty is diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, this treatment in my opinion as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, is definitely worth it.

Took good care of my little 4 legged brother. They give daily updates which is wonderful for people like me with anxiety.

This place was recommended to me by my vet. I called on a Wednesday and got an operator who transferred me to a coordinator to make an appointment. They called back when I was unavailable and didnt leave a message. I called back Monday and told them what had happened. I was put on hold for several minutes. The woman came back and said someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. Never received a call back. Scheduled with a place in Gaithersburg. That's not acceptable to call twice and never get a call back.

Great staff and very accommodating. Show a great amount of care for my cat and they were responsive to all concerns and questions.

Very friendly staff. They were helpful with explaining the process. My kitty seemed well tended.

Expensive AF, but they provide a vital service for cats with thyroid problems which is cheaper in the long run...

This place was horrible. A worker couldn't even tell me when my cats metabolism would stabilize. The shot did not work.
